Terms and Conditions for Design and Print Services

Project Scope and Deliverables:
• The scope of the design project will be outlined in the initial agreement, including the deliverables, timelines, and pricing.
• The number of revisions will be specified per design. Any additional requests or changes beyond the agreed scope will be subject to additional charges.
Design Process:
• The client will be involved in the design process through scheduled drafts and approvals as discussed unless otherwise stated. Draft images of ANY kind are for the purpose of approval only. They may not be copied, manipulated, or distributed to any other person or company other than those directly involved with the project without prior permission from us at Area One59.
• Revisions are limited as specified in the project details. Additional revisions beyond the specified number will incur extra charges.​

Approval for Print Clause:
• Once the client approves the final design for print, any subsequent changes, edits, or revisions requested will incur additional charges at the client’s expense.
• It is the client’s responsibility to thoroughly review and ensure all details are correct before providing final approval.
• Area One59 will not be held liable for any errors or omissions found after the approval is given.
Payment Terms:
• For design services, full payment is due upfront to begin the design process.
• For full-service event planning that includes design services, a 50% deposit is due at the time of booking, and the final payment is due in full two weeks before the event.
• Rush (Expedited) orders are subject to a rush fee, which will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.

Copyright and Ownership:
• All designs remain the property of Area One59 until full payment is received. All drafts are the property of Area One59.
• Upon full payment, the client will receive the rights to use the final design for the agreed purposes.
• Area One59 retains the right to showcase the work in their portfolio or for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation and Refunds:
• If the client cancels the project after it has started, no refunds will be issued for design services as work has been started and or completed. If client is unsatisfied with services please be sure to discuss during review and draft period as all sales are final. Store credit may be given in specific situations otherwise discussed.
• In the event of cancellation or failure to complete the service by Area One59, the client will receive a full refund of any payments made for services not yet rendered.

Turnaround Time and Deadlines:
• The timeline for the project will be agreed upon at the start of the project.
• Delays caused by the client (e.g., late approvals or provision of materials) may result in a revised deadline.

Design Content:
• Having a clear vision for your project helps us align with your goals. If you prefer us to freestyle ideas, be aware that creative differences may lead to additional revisions.
• At a minimum, please provide a general concept for the project.
• Submit all HIGH-QUALITY photos and text. Pixelated or low-quality images (e.g., phone photos, screenshots) will negatively affect the final result.
• Ensure content is spell-checked and not copyrighted.
• We may revise submitted content if necessary, and any revisions will be communicated to the client.
Acceptance of Terms:
• By engaging Area One59 for design and print services, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
